According to the Bellingham Herald the Bellingham city council has decided to cancel the public hearing on red light cameras. The meeting was set to take place on Monday evening.  They say that the meeting was “cancelled out of respect for all involved in the death of a toddler in a traffic crash and the missing Western Washington University student.”

It sounds like they will reschedule the hearing, but no date has been revealed yet.
